2-Hour Garter Knit Scarf

GAUGE: 7 stitches + 10 rows = 5” [12.5 cm] in garter stitch (knit every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

SCARF
Cast on 7 stitches. Work in garter stitch until piece measures about 64” [162.5cm] long. Bind off.
FRINGE
Cut 12 lengths of yarn each 24”. Fold one length of yarn in half. Using fingers, pull the fold through the first space along one short end of scarf, from back to front, to form a loop. Pull ends of yarn through this loop. Tug gently so the loop is snug against the edge. Trim evenly.
